I've read online that the new 3 column tile format option for Windows Phone 8.1 would only be available for higher resolution screens. So it was a welcome surprise that it works here but with some drawbacks.
Some of the live tile graphics become washed out and less defined. You can see an example of that with the weather tile. It's not bad but I'll stick with the 2 column layout going forward for this smaller screen.

One other thing is the haptic feedback or vibration response when touching the back, home or search/Cortana buttons stopped working briefly a few times. Each time I shook the phone lightly and that brought it back. So far it hasn't happened again in the past 36 hours.
Quick Tip: To do a screenshot with the BLU Win Jr., press the volume up + power button at the same time.
