I did a side by side comparison with the Nokia 520.
The BLU Win Jr. display is a lot brighter and the colours are more vibrant. The whites looked white whereas on the Nokia it had a bit of a blue tinge to it. I like the build with that textured back and the screen glass of the Nokia 520 over the BLU Win Jr. though. So it wins on that. But for the price, you get more for your money with the Win Jr., like front facing camera, camera flash and ambient light sensor which plays a big role in conserving battery life.
The xbox music live tile doesn't show the album art unfortunately. It just shows the artist name scrolling across the tile. I've read various things why this happens like the album has to exist on the xbox music server because the photo is downloaded from there instead of the embedded image in the mp3. Hopefully this is fixed in the next update.
Flipboard's recent update allows it to run on 512mb devices like the BLU Win Jr. I'd say it loads 25% of the time even after going in and shutting down all apps from the background.
Quick Tip: If you need a lower display brightness setting than the 'low' option, setting it to automatic actually has a lower brightness than 'low' in pitch black rooms. Vampires everywhere rejoice.
